Our M18 FUEL™ 9 Gallon Wet/Dry Vacuum brings unmatched performance, durability, and versatility to jobsite cleanup. The POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor and optimized components Outperform 4.25 Peak HP Wet/Dry Vacuums, delivering more cleaning power than corded. Product FAQ

Q:

How do I know if my current wet/dry vacuum is NEXUS™ compatible?

A:

Any of our existing medium capacity wet/dry vacuums are compatible, with or without the NEXUS™ branding (0910, 0920, 0930, 0914, 0915, 0926)

Q:

Are the vacuum filters washable?

A:

Yes. They can be rinsed and cleaned with water. This should be a secondary method of cleaning after normal dry-cleaning methods, like tapping it out into a trash can.

Q:

What filter do I use when picking up water?

A:

There are two options during wet applications. You can either remove the filter or use the 49-90-1990 Large Wet/Dry Vacuum Foam Wet Filter. The Foam Wet Filter provides increased protection for the vacuum, allowing water to access the ball float while preventing debris from getting into the motor.

Q:

Does this vacuum have the option for dust bags? Can the dust bags handle water?

A:

Yes, each vacuum is compatible with our fleece dust bags. They should be used with their associated 6, 9, or 12- gallon capacity (49-90-1979, 49-90-1989, 49-90-1999). They are made for dry clean-up applications only, and not for use during water pick up. These dust bags are also not intended to be reusable. When the dust bags get full, they should be disposed in the trash.

Q:

Is the vacuum OSHA compliant in regard to the respirable crystalline silica standard?

A:

Yes, the vacuum is a compliant solution for the OSHA regulation on crystalline silica dust (29 CFR 1926.1153) through objective data only for select applications and durations. Please reference the product webpage for objective data documents and details. Additionally, the NEXUS™ Dedicated Filter Cleaner (0991-20) offers compliance in light concrete applications when used with any of the NEXUS™ Wet/Dry Vacuums.

Q:

What is the hose length?

A:

Each hose is 9FT in length.

Q:

What are the vacuum hose diameters?

A:

0910, 0920, 0914, 0915, 0926 all have 1-7/8” hose diameters and 0930 has a 2-1/2” hose diameter. All hoses can be swapped to each vacuum head.

Q:

Can you use different sized batteries in the Dual-Battery Wet/Dry Vacuums?

A:

Yes, you can. The run-time is dictated by the lowest capacity battery pack.

Q:

What makes the NEXUS™ Modular Vacuum System unique?

A:

The NEXUS Modular Vacuum System allows you to customize your cleanup experience with interchangeable motor heads for varying power, tanks for holding capacity, carts for mobility, and add-on components to enhance the cleanup experience.
