MILWAUKEE, WI – Milwaukee Tool’s latest generation of cordless finish nailers grows with the addition of their M18 FUEL™ 16 Gauge Straight Finish Nailer. This pneumatic replacement delivers the power to sink nails in hardwoods while leaving clean consistent nail holes.
“In 2021, we introduced our newest generation of 15 gauge and 16 gauge angled cordless finish nailers. These nailers were completely redesigned with advanced technologies and provided a truly game-changing solution for our users,” said Sean Kelley, Group Product Manager for Milwaukee Tool. “Following the positive feedback we received, we set out to update our M18 FUEL™ 16 Gauge Straight Finish Nailer. With the same philosophy in mind, we redesigned the nailer from the ground up, giving carpenters and remodelers the power, performance, and runtime they need.”
The M18 FUEL™ 16 Gauge Straight Finish Nailer provides the nailing performance users demand, consistently sinking nails in common soft and hardwoods. The cordless finish nailer leaves behind small nail holes, comparable to a pneumatic solution, allowing carpenters and remodelers to spend less time filling and finishing nail holes in the work piece. The redesigned tool is more compact than the previous generation and features a precision tip, allowing access to tight spaces and a clear line of sight for accurate nail placement.
Delivering zero ramp-up time, this finish nailer is ready to fire. With no delay between pulling the trigger and the nail firing, users get a pneumatic fire rate, without the hassles of an air hose. As a fully battery-operated nailer, there are no gas cartridges, no need to carry a compressor and hose to the jobsite, and no maintenance required, ultimately lowering the cost of ownership.
Milwaukee is committed to improving productivity by providing performance-driven and trade-focused solutions so users can perform an entire day's work on one battery system. The M18 FUEL™ 16 Gauge Straight Finish Nailer is fully compatible with the entire Milwaukee M18™ line, now offering more than 250 power tool solutions.
*M18 FUEL™ is engineered for the most demanding tradesmen in the world. Delivering unrivaled performance, all M18 FUEL™ products feature three Milwaukee®-exclusive innovations—The POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor, REDLITHIUM™ Battery Pack and REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence Hardware and Software—that deliver unmatched power, run-time, and durability on the jobsite. Simply put, M18 FUEL™ tools are the most powerful 18V cordless tools in their class.
